These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://ridgamake.com (the “Website”), and any purchase of products (the “Products”) from HONG KONG ART VISUAL CULTURE COMMUNICATION LIMITED (the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company with its registered address at Room 1003, 10th Floor, Tower 1, Lippo Centre, 89 Queensway, Admiralty, Hong Kong. By accessing, browsing, or using the Website, or purchasing any Products from us, you (the “Customer”, “you” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Website or purchase our Products.
1. Product Information & Pricing
1.1 All product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing displayed on the Website are for informational purposes only and are subject to change without prior notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of all product information, but do not warrant that descriptions, images, or other content are error-free, complete, or up-to-date.
1.2 Product images on the Website are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect the exact appearance of the Products due to lighting, display settings, and manufacturing variations.
1.3 Pricing for Products is listed in the currency displayed on the Website (USD). Promotional pricing and discounts (including up to 40% off as advertised) apply only to selected Products and for a limited time, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing, withdraw promotions, or modify product availability at any time.
1.4 All prices listed on the Website are the final price for the Products unless otherwise indicated, with Fast & Free Shipping applied to all orders as our standard offering, unless modified by us in writing.
2. Orders & Payment
2.1 Submission of an order via the Website constitutes an offer by you to purchase the selected Products in accordance with these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
2.2 A binding contract between you and us is formed only when we send a written confirmation (via email or order update on the Website) of order acceptance.
2.3 All payment methods accepted on the Website are subject to verification and authorisation by the relevant payment provider. We are not liable for any delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
2.4 You are responsible for ensuring that all payment details you provide are accurate and up-to-date. Any fees or charges incurred due to incorrect payment information are your sole responsibility.
3. Shipping & Delivery
3.1 We will arrange for the delivery of Products to the shipping address you provide during the order process. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address; we are not liable for delayed, lost, or misdelivered Products due to incorrect address information.
3.2 We aim to fulfill and ship all orders promptly in line with our Fast & Free Shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee; we are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by third-party carriers, customs clearance (for international shipments), force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
3.3 Risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to you upon delivery of the Products to the designated shipping address (or to a designated recipient at that address). You are responsible for inspecting Products upon receipt and notifying us of any damage or missing items within 48 hours of delivery.
4. 99 Day Risk-Free Trial
4.1 We offer a 99 Day Risk-Free Trial for all our Products, effective from the date of delivery of the Products to you. This trial allows you to test the Products for your everyday use and determine if they meet your needs.
4.2 To be eligible for a full refund under the 99 Day Risk-Free Trial, you must return the Products in their original condition, with all original packaging and accessories, and without any signs of intentional damage, misuse, or modification, within 99 days of delivery.
4.3 To initiate a return under the trial, you must contact us at wayne@dramapapa.com to request a return authorization number (RAN). Returns sent without a valid RAN may be rejected.
4.4 We will process a full refund of the purchase price (excluding any additional fees incurred due to customer error) within a reasonable period of time after we receive and inspect the returned Products and confirm they meet the trial return conditions. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4.5 Return shipping costs for the 99 Day Risk-Free Trial are the responsibility of the Customer, unless the return is due to a defective Product or an error on our part (e.g., wrong product shipped).
5. Lifetime Warranty & Replacements
5.1 Lifetime Warranty: All core RIDGE Products (including RIDGE Wallets) are backed by a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, for the lifetime of the original purchaser. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidental damage, modification, normal wear and tear, or neglect.
5.2 Lifetime Replacements: Our WEDDING BANDS are covered by a Lifetime Replacement policy for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, for the lifetime of the original purchaser. Replacement under this policy is limited to the same or a comparable product, at our sole discretion.
5.3 To make a claim under the Lifetime Warranty or Lifetime Replacement policy, you must contact us at wayne@dramapapa.com with proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, receipt) and a description of the defect. We may request the defective Product be returned to us for inspection.
5.4 Upon confirmation of a valid warranty/replacement claim, we will, at our sole discretion, repair the defective Product, replace the Product with a new or comparable one, or issue a refund of the original purchase price.
5.5 This Lifetime Warranty and Lifetime Replacement policy is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the Product with a valid proof of purchase. Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered under this policy.
6. Returns & Refunds (Beyond the 99 Day Trial)
6.1 For Products returned after the 99 Day Trial period, returns will only be accepted if the Product is found to have a manufacturing defect covered by our Lifetime Warranty (Section 5). No refunds or returns will be accepted for non-defective Products after the trial period expires.
6.2 If a Product is delivered to you in a damaged condition or is not the product you ordered (our error), we will arrange for a free replacement or full refund, including the cost of return shipping. You must notify us of such issues within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect product.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All intellectual property rights in the Website (including text, graphics, logos, images, design, and software) and the RIDGE brand, trademarks, and trade names are the exclusive property of the Company or our licensors.
7.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or use any of our intellectual property without our prior written permission. Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may constitute a violation of copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
8. User Conduct
8.1 You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Website by, any third party.
8.2 You must not use the Website to upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harmful, or otherwise objectionable, or to engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity on the Website.
8.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in any improper use of the Website.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website, purchase or use of the Products, or these Terms, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.
9.2 Our total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising out of or in connection with the Website, Products, or these Terms shall not exceed the total purchase price of the Products that are the subject of the claim.
9.3 This limitation of liability does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
10. Force Majeure
10.1 We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (a “Force Majeure Event”), including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, lockouts, labor disputes, government actions, customs delays, carrier delays, and power outages.
10.2 In the event of a Force Majeure Event, we will notify you of the delay and take reasonable steps to resume performance as soon as possible. The time for performance of our obligations will be extended by the duration of the Force Majeure Event.
11. Modifications to These Terms
11.1 We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on the Website, and the revised Terms will take effect immediately upon posting.
11.2 Your continued use of the Website or purchase of our Products after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms regularly for any changes.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
12.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved by amicable negotiation between the parties.
12.3 If the parties fail to resolve the dispute by negotiation within 30 days of the date of the first written notice of the dispute, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Hong Kong in accordance with the Arbitration Ordinance (Cap 609) of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Arbitration Rules of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) for the time being in force. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
13. General Provisions
13.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to your use of the Website and purchase of the Products, and supersede all prior oral or written agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties relating to the subject matter herein.
13.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13.3 No failure or delay by the Company in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of such right, power, or remedy.
13.4 You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without your consent.
