By placing an order on the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy, as well as our Terms & Conditions and other applicable policies.

1. Order Placement & Confirmation

You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all information provided; we are not liable for any errors or delays caused by incorrect information.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 We offer Fast & Free Shipping on all orders worldwide, with no minimum purchase requirement. Delivery times are estimates only (typically 3-10 business days for domestic shipments and 7-21 business days for international shipments) and are not guaranteed.

3.2 We will ship your order to the shipping address provided during checkout. You are responsible for ensuring the address is complete and correct; we are not liable for lost, delayed, or misdelivered orders due to incorrect address information.

3.3 Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (where available) to allow you to monitor your order’s progress. Risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to you upon delivery to the specified shipping address.

3.4 For international orders, customs clearance may cause additional delays, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for complying with all import laws and regulations of your country/region, including paying any customs duties, taxes, or fees.

4. 99 Day Risk-Free Trial

4.1 We stand behind our Products with a 99 Day Risk-Free Trial, effective from the date of delivery. This allows you to test the Products in your daily routine and return them for a full refund if they do not meet your expectations.

4.2 To qualify for a refund under the trial: (a) the Products must be returned in their original condition, with all original packaging and accessories; (b) there must be no signs of intentional damage, misuse, or modification; (c) the return must be initiated within 99 days of delivery.

4.3 To initiate a return, please contact us at wayne@dramapapa.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns sent without a valid RAN may be rejected. Return shipping costs are the Customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a defective Product or our error.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Beyond the 99 Day Risk-Free Trial, returns are only accepted for Products with manufacturing defects covered by our Lifetime Warranty (see Section 6). No refunds or returns will be granted for non-defective Products after the trial period.

5.2 If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect Product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

5.3 Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned Products (and confirming they meet the return conditions). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

6. Lifetime Warranty & Replacements

6.1 All core Products (including RIDGE Wallets) are backed by a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, accidental damage, or modification.

6.2 Our Wedding Bands come with a Lifetime Replacement policy for manufacturing defects. Replacements will be for the same or a comparable Product, at our sole discretion.

6.3 To make a warranty or replacement claim, contact us at wayne@dramapapa.com with your order details, proof of purchase, and a description of the defect. We may request the defective Product be returned for inspection.

7. Order Modification & Cancellation

7.1 You may request to modify or cancel your order only if it has not yet been shipped. To do so, contact us immediately at wayne@dramapapa.com with your order number. We cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations once the order has been processed or shipped.

7.2 If your order is cancelled before shipping, we will issue a full refund within 5-7 business days. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to return the Products in accordance with our return policy to receive a refund.
